So since the Wii has one friend code is it safe to say that when the console finally goes online that the asshat herd will be thinned very quickly and most play fair with ohters? If not and Nintendo hands out bans(if they do) you will need to buy a new Wii just to get back in a server?

Nintendo does no modding on WFC at all. If the morons on the nintendo forum complaining about people with penis emblems in Mario Kart didn't promote it, then I dunno what will.
