:lol I don't even know this meme, just read that one link on it and got the jist of it...this is hilarious. So freaking obvious that it's a prank. That quote though, is absolute gold.

i would say that's generally false. pedos are usually derided within the culture, at least as far as i can tell, but i wouldn't put it past them if there are pedophile elements within the loose organization, but that's mainly because, as an outside observer, i see Anonymous as the internet "absolute" as in simultaneously the absolute good and absolute evil on the internet. they are at the same time villain and hero, our best friend and worst enemy, peanut butter and jelly. Anonymous is certainly the organization of the century. so interesting...

It's true that pedophiles go to 4chan. 4chan is an anonymous board, and as a result, frowns upon personal reputation, personal history, and even posting something identifying yourself, whether that be a name screen name or picture. So yeah, you do have a large collective of freaks, degenerates, and outcasts that frequent /b/ because of this. But to color the entire place as a pedophile network as LiveFromKyoto has suggested is pretty silly if you understand how 4chan functions.

It's a stupid net Meme . . .I used it before with out ever going to 4ch, I have seen tons of people use it as well. The picture I got was "One Nerdy Pedo amoung tons of net pedos who bombed O's forums inserted a net meme thats more than true". I don't see it as a misstake or some joke, just some pedo inserting a meme in his threat.

That was a unbelievable show . . . LIVE FEED child rape/ molesting - intruction folders on how to make child porn with your own child (from newborn to preteen/ early teens) - huge child porn networks etc etc etc.

Thats meme is very true in this case . . .

Right, because this guy was really a pedophile and was really making a threat because you can always trust people on the internet to tell the truth, especially when their post contains a meme and has a high probability of 'lulz.'

Believe him to be a pedo or not, I really don't care. Is he a pedo? Do I have reason to not think a random web guy doesn't look at child porn (after seeing how many people in one day popped up on the pedo track web hit thing I have no reason to assume he doesn't)?

No, it was just someone using the DBZ meme. They try to work it into pretty much everything now. They told people covering the Scientology protests that they had 'over 9000' members. Pretty much the exact same joke here.

Anonymous isn't a real group. Anyone can be anon. It's up to random fucking people to do the crazy shit.

It's insane that some funny shit get's done that way, but it seems to work.

I'm sure some folks have huddled themselves under a "Anonymous" banner, say for a long drawn out thing like going against Scientology. But from Palin, Oprah, O'reilly, random mySpace guy, or general online grief, I seriously doubt they're even connected. Only connection at these image boards, everyone is anon, so it was "Anonymous".
