Is the US release confirmed for September? The Japan release is in a few days, and I do not know if I should wait for the US one or pay the premium for the japanese one. I am in a budget for games right now, and Eschatos and Bullet Soul are coming all close together.

Is the US version exactly the same as the Japanese game? Wondering if they will have the same achievements set.
