I saw a interview once and he said he didn't get it fixed because his brothers thought if he got it fixed he was a sissy. Don't know if it's true though.

I read that attempt wasn't the first, just the most publicized. He had to drop out of Tropic Thunder and McConaughey took his place (which has always amazed me since I think that was the beginning of his resurgence).

Wilson's a good actor. Always liked him in Life Aquatic. His cameo in Fantastic Mr. Fox is legendary for the whack bat rules.
