I don't have anything against the game. I'd compare it to something like Hatoful Boyfriend or Goat Simulator, where the concept is so absurd that its popularity is mostly due to outrage and Twitch streaming "for the lulz".

The biggest shock is that there's actual gameplay. I assumed it was gonna be some visual novel dating game but... yeah. It's a full blown third-person arena shooter. Missed opportunity to use the name 'Virtual Panties OFF: Cyber Troopers.'

Nintendo actually been less prone to censor stuff since the gamecube era. Sony censor more than Nintendo since than. Look at BMX XXX on gamecube. It had nudity and strippers for gamecube while censored on Sony. Violence games were more violent on Nintendo system.
