PC gamers, what is your mouse grip style?

All these years I had no idea there was different grip styles.

Fingertip.

I would think claw people have wrist issues.

My Habu uses the same design as the DeathAdder, so yeah. Palm. I do sometimes alternate to claw while browsing the web though.

Since i have a DeathAdder myself i then to switch from Palm and Fingertip. But for FPS like L4D and CS: Source i use Palm.

Somewhere between claw and fingertip I guess. My hand is a little too large for my pinky to rest comfortably with a full palm grip on my MX518.

Fingertip of course. The position of the wheel pretty much dictates it, I always have to hold the mouse so I can scroll the wheel comfortably (so the first digit is resting right on it). I've never understood why they put the wheel as far down as they do.

Fingertip, although some of the Logitech mice promote a more palm like grip than others.

Yep. My previous Logitech was a perfect palm grip, but my current is a great fingertip grip.

Depends how I'm sitting, if that makes sense. Since I mostly use the PC on the couch for multimedia things, I might have the mouse on the coffee table or on the cushion next to me, etc.

But mostly just "the claw" or "palm".

The "fingertip" grip doesn't use the fingertips as much as the "claw" grip. ??

But the picture is what I use. I usually use my index finger on the scroll wheel, which is bad in FPSes, but I do it anyway.

I use the fingertip method and I think it's because I want my hand to breath a bit more while holding my mouse, but I've unconsciously always done it and can't really explain why.

Halfway between a palm and claw with a G9. I also try and keep my wrist off the mouse pad for better range of motion in games with low sensitivity.
