Yeah that's not any better. My roommate does this, it's silly.

He's also bought and sold three different keyboards and guitars in the past few months. Talk about wasting money!

I've got stickers on my computer at home.

From like 5 years ago. Bahahaha! Enjoy your fruitless rage, OP.

Truly. I don't need all those notification lights. The worst part is being unable to switch them off.

hey, I always wonder what operating system I have, or what processor is in my dell. I just look down at my wrist and whoomp there it is.

Guilty. I like the feeling that the product is always new, and in good condition. It's better than having crappy glue marks from previous stickers on your new TV. So yeah, I always leave 'em on. (Unless they're glaringly obvious)

They're needed if the lights are blue. Blue lights are futuristic, awesome and cool. If stickers are holographic they have to be left on. No exceptions.

stickers on TVs are the worst.

I just realized my one year old LCD TV has these stickers. Why the fuck didn't I take them off is beyond me.

why does this piss people off? whats wrong with it?

Its not really necessary I guess. Its kind of funny to see people wearing hats that are obviously worn and falling apart but the sticker is still on :lol

Hm, yeah, but it depends where they are. Like I said, if their obtrusive or distracting, and easy to remove, fine. But what about the Intel stickers on laptops? If you take them off you're a mad man.

I still have the plastic screen on my g1 that came on it. I did take a little exacto knife and cut off the pull tab. When I get a new phone I'll pull it off and bask it the glory of my awesomely clean screen. Then throw it away.

Depends on whether they are the easy kind to peel off without residue.

EXACTLY. Never take the sticker off of a fitted/snapback. Just don't do it. You're breaking several laws when you do.

Do people seriously buy used hats?

Last week I serviced a laptop that had those stupid "feature" stickers still on it, and they were all rubbed nearly clean of ink by constant use as a wrist rest.

Why do they leave them ON?

The only thing that bugs me more is people who never take the plastic screen protector off their cellphone. It's mean to protect it during SHIPPING. They always get nasty air bubbles underneath, and look like crap after a few months. There's a beautiful, shiny screen underneath... and you'll never actually see it. I liken it to never taking the plastic off your couch.

Take them off NOW. This always puts me in instant rage mode.

My roomate has to take the Label on top of video games and blurays and stick it inside the inside cover, in a precise spot. Knowing this when he had a bunch of stuff come in from Amazon I opened some of the cases for him, and did the peel off the top method as to not screw with the label, but he assumed I didn't know he did that and freaked out. Then he saw everything was okay.

It was creepy/cute. Good thing he's my best friend :p

Come to think of it, his epson Scanner Printer he's had for 3 years still has the clear plastic coverings as if it came out of the box. I had to peel back a bit of it just to access the Memory card slot the other day, hahaha.

no. Why should anything i do in my life with my own stuff satisfy you? i really have no problem if anyone leave tags on clothes or stickers on electronics.

Looking at my 52 inch Philips right now.

Stickers included ;)

Oh look so do my Sony and Samsungs. :D

Took an intel sticker off my laptop, glue is still on there, almost impossible to remove, FU INTEL. Don't put fucking stickers on there that I can't remove, ffs.

I took the sticker off a coworker's hat one time.

He was pissed.

Never found out who did it.

Lulz were had.

What were those plushie things that were apparently worthless if you took the tag off?

It's not the hat and the sticker themself, it's the sort of people that actually wears them. It just screams douche

So what if the guy wearing it isn't a douche at all, he's the nicest guy ever, but he follows the fashion at times and whether or not you believe in the fashion is irrelevant. Is the guy still a douche?

I had a friend that had some cellphone where she left the sticker on the screen. The sticker even had text on it "2 FREE MONTHS OF SERVICE" or something. I made fun of her for years it seems. Then she finally let met tear it off. Most satisfying moment of my life.

THIS...or just really fucking bright LED's you can't dim or turn off. The worst being long ago when I had an old Motorola flip phone with a blue LED that could have lit up yankee stadium that wouold come on when it was charging. I had to charge that shit in a drawer at night so I could sleep.

You only leave the hologram on if it's a snapback. If you leave that shit on a fitted, then fuck yo couch, bitch. I'MMA FUCK UP YO COUCH IF I SEE THAT TAG, DUDE.

I don't think he was that serious... You don't have to if you don't want to.

No, but if every day every single person you meet who is wearing one of those hats with the sticker still on it has an annoying attitude, it's not surprising that your instant reaction to a new person wearing that hat would be "that guy is probably a douche".

Doesn't mean you treat him like one until he affirms that belief, though.

(for me anyway)

Ahahahaha! Okay, I understand the LED hate now.

I respect and admire the OP's passion. Thank you OP for saying what needed to be said.

was about to post this. saw this a lot in NYC when I was there and I was like huh? I took the sticker off the minute I bought mine.

This. I just bought a new hat and the second it was in my possession, all tags/stickers and everything came immediately off and disposed of in the proper waste recepticle.

Personally I think it looks stupid when people leave tags and stickers on hats. Who gives a shit if the "value" of the hat is ruined? I, for one, will not buy your sweat covered dome lid for any price... sticker or not.
