I hate one of my coworkers. He's new and he's a total fucking idiot. He has long surfer doofy hair, glasses, and has the most annoying fucking voice. He tries to get away with doing no work at all times but thinks he's fucking great, which is normal douchebaggery but he doesn't pull it off. I can't just ignore him like other douches because he's always LINGERING and doesn't even do the bare essentials. On top of not taking his SATs because he had "better things to do on a Saturday morning", he's threatening to leave this job to go work at Toys R Us (I work at a Pizzeria, a very big and busy one). He's such a douche going nowhere fast.

If I'm going to ruin someones day, I'd always prefer it be some dumb shit driver who thinks he owns the road.

Sometime when I pass another runner, or am about to, they'll really start to try and pick up the pace to beat me. It's incredibly obnoxious. I'll stop at a light ahead and they might catch up, then basically go into a sprinter stance and when the light goes green (or before that) they'll bolt, it's just embarrassing to see.

Flaws (both big and small) tend to be very deeply rooted. It's not the flaw itself that makes me hate someone, but rather the attitude they take towards that aspect of themselves.

I wouldn't say so I've met some people that don't fall into any one of those criteria. I'm a pretty tolerant guy so its not like I'd write off anyone that has one of those traits if everything else about them is positive and if--like you said they take a certain attitude towards that aspect of themselves. I know someone who can be quite narcissistic, but he has a good enough sense of humor to poke fun at himself over that flaw. If however I encounter someone that has certain good aspects that I like, but they just have one flaw that continuously pops up then I'll avoid them. For example I know this guy who is pretty easy going, but he's a blatant sexist. He doesn't seem to realize it, and then if you point it out he goes off on a huge tirade about how he's right about all women being a certain way. He's someone that I only hang out with rarely and try to avoid bringing women up around.

Rednecks. There's just something about a culture seated in proud, confident ignorance and an obesssion with sniping clueless animals from an air conditioned treehouse half a mile away that just grates on me.
Easily half my fellow male coworkers fall into this category and it can get to be too much sometimes. The enormous trucks, the idiotic bravado, the often barely disguised racism/sexism all underlying a severe inferiority complex and the need to constantly reaffirm their masculinity. Most days I can laugh it off and say, "Oh, you!" with everyone else but others I find myself wanting to go on a suplexing spree.

I absolutely hate that shit because it is dangerous. It seems that we are on the same page with that, but I don't believe it's my job to enforce speed limits on other drivers. I know that you are going to continue to do this, which is fine if you are trying to control just one driver, but if you see that you are causing many other drivers to suffer this policy of yours, I hope that you would get over and just let the asshole pass.
As for the accident, I was a few car lengths behind what was going on in the middle lane and watched the driver in the far left lane brake check the car that was tailgating him (which I don't condone either) that had another two cars behind him following at a close distance. The first guy must have taken his eyes off the road because no brake lights went up and slammed into the back of the car in front of him. You can imagine the domino effect after that.
