Morgana's not looking too great...

Haru is
-older than protagonist
-elegant and naive at the same time
-has good communication skills
-rich
-has time to drink tea during battle

Futaba's persona better be covered in fucking horrible tentacles and weird shit like that. It's the fucking Necronomicon, it deserves it.

Biker chick looks cool too. Reminds me of that girl from Rival Schools.

So apparently I'm the novel Milady seduces the lover of Queen Anne.

Isn't Ann the name of the blonde girl? Could we have conflict?

Futaba or Haru right now, depending their personalities in the events ingame.

Haru has the upper hand right now becuase I really like her design in and out of battle. And I dont actually like meganekkos in animes, but the smirk Futaba has in some scenes makes it seem a little bit more funny, actiony and interisting.

All three look great. They sound cooler than the leading girl.

Isnt the leading girl the inferior girl of Persona 3 and 4 also.
Yukari is super bland, and even if P4 hasnt got that really leading girl aspect to it, because each girl has nearly the same amount of importance (and Chie and Yukiko being friend for the start), Yukiko could be seen as the normal girl out of the group, typical of some animes. In fact, that doesnt happen only in Persona. The most boring female characters in animes, when theres a group of girls, is the majority of the times, the leading girl. Even happens in Mass Effect with the boring ass human female.
Quirks that people like are usually left to the side characters, that are usually less important to the story, but also have usually bigger fanbases.

Hm, I prefer Makoto and Haru specifically (don't dislike Futaba, but not as keen on the meganekko types as many seem to be). Wouldn't rank An (or however they romanize her name) above or below those two at this point.

Not that it's impossible, but she does already have presence in the SMT universe.

I'm fairly sure she's supposed to be (the original) Johanna Dark, from Brecht's Play, Saint Joan of the Stockyard: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Joan_of_the_Stockyards

The character is based symbolically on Joan of Arc, though. She could also draw off Brecht's depiction of Joan in another play, The Visions of Simone Machard. Either way, I think a literary or fictional origin is more likely than her being de-facto Pope Joan (although these figures often blur symbolically together).

This makes sense too. About the subject of the play, and how Makoto seems to hate "dirty money" in the trailer, etc.

My favorite thing about Persona threads is people judging characters based on their appearance.

Just kidding, I hate you all :-x

Makoto seems great. A little disappointed that the rumor claiming she's
older Nanako
isn't true. Or is it?
