I think "some" implies that 'games as a service' games may go multiplat. The games that already have contracts in place will obviously also release on the platforms stated in the contract. And I doubt they will pull away any games that have already been released on other platforms.
The heavy hitters will probably be exclusive though. I am not expecting ES6, Starfield, next Dishonored, next Doom, next Wolfenstein etc. to release on Playstation. Just as I do not expect Hellblade 2 to release on Playstation. Or The Outer Worlds 2. Or Avowed..
I always see people using Minecraft as an example, but thats obviously the exception rather than the norm.
