It's the address dude...You do realize that the original towers were 1 and 2 World Trade Center? Four World Trade Center is going up right now and Seven World Trade Center is already there.

Maybe, I don't know though. Probably helped to start the pancaking of the floors, but I doubt that traditional structural buildings would handle it any better.

I know it's the address. But I thought referring to it as the "One World Trade Center" was deliberate since with addresses you normally use numbers. Happy to hear it's purely a coincidence then.

Meh, I hated the design of the original towers. So ugly and plain. The new one is absolutely beautiful.
