Canada's universal healthcare is indeed the bomb - no matter what you may have been led to believe.

If it weren't for my country's healthcare system, my 3.5 month premature daughter would likely have died because the financial cost to keep her alive and make her healthy would have certainly bankrupted us 20 times over.

I GLADLY pay taxes for this.

Not to derail, but I'm 99% sure I would've bankrupted my parents growing up if we lived in the USA. 2 operations, meningitis, all sorts of accidents needing stitches/staples, etc etc.

When it comes to the womens face pic it doesnt make me laugh (and im a sick bastard) for the simple fact that its clear something is wrong and it would make me wonder what happened.
