I'm actually kind of amazed that they've been able to survive for 10 years when none of their games have been particularly successful and most of their games have been failures. How do they do it?

with quality games and filling up a niche, they are one of the few developers capable of making quality action games on relatively short time.

And sometimes they can sell too! MGR sold very well for an spin off and Bayonetta 1 just enough to put them on the map.
