Damn I don't envy you, but at the same time I do if it's on the big ass IMAX screen.Times Square line earlier when I was walking by.
Currently at the Union Square line but about to go way back to the line.
EDIT: My bad, Lincoln is the one with the big IMAX screen.
Personally, I'm indifferent to the IMAX screen. I'll take comfort over a screen any day.

Wish I could join you guys but I'm lazy and don't feel like dealing with NYC crowds right now. Will watch from the comfort of my tinyass- apt.
I'll be getting in line around 8 to 830 myself, not a big fan of standing in lines for stuff like movies but don't want a terrible seat. Then again I don't know if my theater will be that busy. I'll finish this bottle of wine, maybe smoke a bit and head on over. Wearing loose brown pants and a grey long sleeved shirt.

I'm about to head out to the theater. If any other NEOGAF'ers are going to be at the Newington, NH one, I'll be there too! My profile pic is a real-life pic of me and I'm probably going to be wearing the same sweatshirt too (gray, hooded, Monarchs emblem on one side, the #10 on the other). Say hey if you spot me! Alright guys, I'm almost embarrassed to tell this story but I've gotta get it off my shoulders.
I wanted to come to this event but there were no theaters in El Paso showing it. The closest to me is Albuquerque. So I got my ticket and booked a fare with Greyhound ($40 round trip). I figured I'd use Greyhound so I don't get exhausted on the drive up there and back and their website says their buses have wifi now so I can watch the conferences on my tablet during the trip.
Holy shit has this been a nighmare. I missed all the conferences because their wifi doesn't work. It won't take you anywhere past google. Also, apparently Greyhound's wifi is managed by an adult hookup site called Badoo. I'm dead fucking serious, it's even on the authentication page. And I think they're aware of it because after you authenticate it asks if you want to meet others on your bus. I tried to call and complain to their customer service but got no where. I think I'll call back claiming to be a holy roller, tell them they offended my god and hope they comp me or something. The only saving grace is that I haven't missed much since this has been such a lame ass E3.
Also, I forgot there ain't shit to do in Albuquerque so I'm just farting around. I'll probably just go to the theater in a sec and claim the coveted first loser in line award.
I swear if I went through all this shit and the only surprise Sony has is Poochy The Rappin' Bandicoot I'm going to lose my shit.

I'm having a hard time deciding whether or not to go. Last year they didn't get people in the doors fast enough so they showed the whole thing on a 20-30 minute tape-delay......that was pretty annoying. I also tend to enjoy these events much more with the Giant Bomb crew talking over them anyway.
But on the other hand, they give out free exclusive gear and it's the kinda thing you only get to do once a year.

Current state of SF line with an hour till doors open. Plenty of room to get good seating if you're deciding.
