Anyone else having issues signing in? I wanted to play some MW2 and I'm greeted with the message: "PlayStation Network is currently undergoing maintenance". Was this planned? I've looked on the EU and US blogs and I can't find anything about it.

Edit: I have an EU account.

Bizarre.

Same machine with two Euro (UK) accounts and a US account. One of the Euro accounts can log in but the other can't! (The US one logs in too.)

FWIW the Euro that can log in is usually logged in from the other side of the world. Not that I think it matters...

EDIT: All is well with the world again. Warhawk here I come.

Or just a regular maintenance like in the past. They likely schedule these things. You're reading into it too much. Hacking related fixes would require a FW release.

maybe they just want to observe and gather data first before going for the strike (banhammer). and this maintenance is to deploy some kind of psn monitoring stuff on their side.
