Pokémon Bank finally available in Europe

My god they couldn't have made this any more clunkier if they tried.
Transporter can only transfer one PC box at a time, and after each one you have to close it and open Box, change game card to X/Y, accept the Pokemon, close Box and open Transporter, change game card back to Black/White, do the next PC box, and repeat like 20 times to move all your Pokemon.
Edit: Wait, I spoke too soon, it is more clunkier, it's not one box at a time, it's whatever is in box 1, so you have to open Black/White and move more Pokemon into box 1 each time
This, this and fucking this. It's going to take fucking forever to transfer my Pokemon from Black. Seriously Game Freak/Nintendo, what the fuck?

Regarding Shiny Jirachis: Nintendo's Legit Checking pretty much bars something legit every time its introduced (it's barred pokemon because their default names contain profanity in the past). Its also been known to let some hilariously hacked pokemon through in the past. They basically suck at it.
PS - The NNID thing is a hot mess. Seriously. First I have to create it. It deletes my credit card details and club nintendo link. So I have to redo both. It also re-requires information available from my system and my club nintendo account. Who designs these things ?

This came out at 8 AM in UTC 0 , which is what PAL region Nintendo seems to use as a default. If it's coming out tomorrow I'd guess you'd get it around then.

Didn't help that I sucked at the minigame.
Why does Gamefreak have to make it tedious to transfer pokemon?
Unless the staff themselves personally enjoyed the minigame or something...

That doesn't make this good, it's just... less bad.
Why Game Freak never makes anything simple is beyond me.
This is relatively simple, though if they just made it so you could select the box to transfer, it'd be a lot easier.

It takes like an hour to transfer every box when they could put a "Transfer All" button and make it instant.
And make Transporter a part of the Bank app too, why they're separate is beyond me.

Also too transferring them straight into a Pokemon Bank box so you could skip the clearing the box step.
Well allegedly this is the last time, so at least that's something.
Bank itself is pretty fast. The sorting options could use a bit of tweaking, but whatever.
Joe, can we still use the Pokemon Transporter when the trial is over?

Dang, they locked me out of the bank for "a while" because it disconnected me in the middle of connecting. I guess it's to avoid cloning, but that sucks. Been 10 minutes now, dunno how long it's supposed to be.

I can't check it out, cos I'm at work, but could someone spell out the transfer process step by step? I'm trying to work out how much time I'm gonna need to spend attached to my DS this evening. I intend on transferring all my man's from Black to X before the free trial ends, so I don't have to pay for a subdlscription. That should work, right?
Urgh, I shouldn't have put my Black 2 playthrough on the backlog :/.

That shoud work yes.
As for the process:
0) Download Pokebank and through Pokebank download Poke Transporter
1) Pop in Black(2)/White(2) and put what you want to transfer in BOX1 of your Black(2)/White(2)
2) Launch Transporter and send the box(only BOX1 can be sent)
3) Pop in XY and go to Bank and move the sent pokemon from the Transporter box to another box
4) Exit Bank by saving
Repeat 1-4 for all your boxes.
It is kinda tedious and it will take a while if you have a lot of stuff to send.
If you're slow and not really paying attention to it, I guess it could average to a box per 10 minutes. If you're all about it, cut out a few minutes. You should also take into account that there will be a lot more errors in the evening. Even now, things were smooth an hour ago but I've been getting errors frequently now (and it locks me out for a few minutes every time it happens).
It isn't needed to transport pokemon to get the Celebi, checked bank, checked Y, checked bank, then Bridgette mentioned she send me a gift, checked Y again and got the Celebi.

Make sure you use Pokemon Link (in X and Y menu) to get the free PokeMiles/Battle Points *before* you get Celebi, Box says when it sends a gift it'll overwrite the last one I think, it will warn you, but otherwise you lose out (even if 100 pokepoints isn't much, still nice to have)

So could I use my launch unit to claim another Celebi? Is there any drawback to doing so?

Got the 10bp from Bank, went into Y and transferred them out with Pokemon Link.
Went back in to Bank, got told I had a Celebi waiting for me. Went back into Y, transferred it out with Pokemon Link.
Now, where is it? Nobody in a Pokecenter to give it to me, it's not in a box and it's not in my party. It's definitely gone from Link because that just shows as empty now.

Check your Pokédex to see if Celebi was registered. If it was, then it's in your game somewhere. You can use the Storage System's search functions to find it quickly.

Realistically, we probably wont see this coming to the west today, right? Hopefully it'll be out sometime this week but I have the uneasy feeling they're gonna do like 2 weeks like they did between Japan re-release. :/

Stores your Pokemon from X/Y.
It comes with the Mover/Transport that sends Pokemon from Black/White 1 and 2 to X/Y

Maybe it's just a bit delayed over in the US because NoA's gonna put it up in a few hours. Though America is huge, I imagine if any nation downloading Pokebank is gonna muck up the eShop, America will be Nintendo's biggest challenge for keeping the network stable.
Still, all the same I can't see them waiting another couple of weeks when Nintendo are more than aware people REALLY want Bank.
