Coming on November 19th for 3,700 Yen

Same as the download version, but you get 3,000 PokéDiamonds right away. This means there are no additional payments required (or even possible) in the retail copy.

As you get the 3,000 PokéDiamonds straight away, you then get access to the PokéDiamond Digger to get 40 more a day, and the VIP Cards which reduce prices of balloon reinflation (for travel) to 1 PokéDiamond.

Saves cannot be shared between download and retail

Seems like it might be a smart move. There are people who play the digital version but refuse to buy the 3000 gems on principal because it's a f2p game. Maybe people like that will see a difference in buying the "full game."

Personally I bought the 3000 gems pretty early on and it felt like I had been playing a demo before and had just unlocked the full version of the game.

looks like you get a slight discount vs buying 3000 gems in the game so yay

interesting though kinda weird they are probably keeping the stamina system

Would've been cool to see Battle Trozei and/or Shuffle get retail releases, either would be the first retail Genius Sonority game since Pokemon Typing on DS, and that never even came to NA!

Indeed. Such a shame the US never got that. It was a surprisingly fun game and had ridiculously good music.
