Pokémon XY - European preorder bonus

As far as I know, preorder bonuses from GAME UK are exclusive for UK customers since they send them separately from the game, so if you try to import it you'll not get the preorder freebie. I've already preordered Pokémon Y from elsewhere, but I'm tempted to double dip and get Pokémon X for the Poké ball.
I think I got all of them back in the day haha.

not sure how that'll work if people don't have the games? Can you streetpass content for games not yet on your 3DS? Or will it be shiny pokemon for B&W2? (that they say bring your 3DS or DS suggests it isn't X/Y content?)

It has a microphone built in so you shout "[Name of game stored inside], I choose you!" and it opens automatically.

Damn. I feared this.
It's for any of the 5th generation games (BW1/BW2).
The last time something like this happened (shiny Raikou/Entei/Suicune for 4th gen), they ended up unlocking an exclusive Pokémon when transferred to the new games.
But as they've not said anything about a similar situation for these, I'm not getting my hopes up. It would be cool, though.

Still, I find it weird that they're advertising Mewtwo and its new form yet no way of bringing Mewtwo (from the movie) to XY.

Unless I'm wrong, this has only been not possible for 1 gen transition (2->3), right? It is likely to be there.

I want that Pokéball! I take my 3DS to work a lot and having that case to take the games would be awesome! Right now they're just in my messy purse without protection.

With spotpass and streepass I'm hoping the need to hunt down a GAME store (since they are endangered species now) for exclusive Pokemon will be over. If AC can use Nintendo Zones hopefully Pokémon will too.
Otherwise I'll just not bother with them again.
I may preorder from GAME depending on price. I resisted the Pikmin keyring to get it off Amazon.
