grow up. he called in saying he had no weapons, he drove speed limits and obeyed driving laws, and pulled over and surrendered peacefully with his arm in a cast. The cops had no reason to bum rush the guy and smother him on the floor like they would with a car chase in downtown LA at night with a possibly armed suspect who had been risking lives with erratic and dangerous driving.
