Poop is normal when I eat unhealthy. Why?

So how's the smell? Earthy, spicy, roadkill?

Need more info to really diagnose.

When I used to come home after 10pm at nights from work, besides eating dinner late, I would finish off a hard boiled egg. After dinner, I would eat english muffins with butter and cream cheese, and then an apple.

That REKKED my stomach in the mornings. It would be an emergency just getting to the bathroom in the mornings, and the smell was foul.

Ever since I cut that out, I'm in no rush and it doesn't really smell.

Also, the whey protein could also be a part of the problem since it's derived from milk? Maybe I should try pea or rice protein powder?
 
Gaf - about once a week I'll have a day where I regularly have a huge urge to go for poops, then all that comes out is a lot of gas and this weird transparent slime

it's fucked, I should probably see a doctor about it

Edit: It actually feels like I'm sneezing out of my ass
 
Whey protein and yogurt does this to me. I mean, I have IBS so I'm normally shitting weird but whey and yogurt really do me in.

And your description of the skinny formation is reminiscent to when I was in my late teens and first developing IBS. Just keep an eye on it. On the poop. Keep an eye on the poop.
 
I swear this JUST happened to me last week. I've been eating healthy, but decided on Tuesday to eat half a box of Cheez-Its and a whole bag of Dove Red Velvet Valentine's chocolates. My poo on Wednesday was the longest, most glorious snake of a turd that's ever left my anus, and it was a ghost wipe too. I had to stare in awe for a bit before I flushed.
