You'd be surprised at how seriously some people take the Halo plots. I overheard a painfully bad conversation not too long ago between someone whose gaming was obviously limited to Halo and Halo 2 as he tried to explain to someone who wasn't a gamer about the greatness that is Halo's story.

Seriously. I know. I go to DigiPen. Kids here treat FF7 like the bible. But the story isn't even close to an RPGs or Metal Gear's. It's standard fare. Not to say the game is bad, but it's little to get excited over. It's seem about as useful as getting interested into the story of Mario Power Tennis. Are kids really THAT crazy for a console shooter?

I'm curious, Stinkles. On one hand, knowing all the H3 secrets, and not telling everyone, has got to be pretty fun, watching all the speculation and ferver in the fan communities. On the other hand, I would imagine it's frustrating seeing stuff you really want to talk about and show. Hows the balance between the two? Even, mostly fun, mostly frustrating?

It is fun, but only as long as people KNOW you know something. After a while of no info, they start doubting you. That's why they have periodic updates, to keep the fans crazy while still holding back shit.
