I think the way Stump explained it was that it's only banworthy if you're being stupid about it. If you make a legitimate argument about why Game X would be a better fit for Platform Y, it's ok, but if you're just like, "HURRR TEH PLATFORM GAME X IS ON SUX!!1! PUT IT ON PLATFORM Y IT RULEZZZZZ!!!1!!!" then you're going to get banned
