Portal 2 or Rayman Origins?

Ok so i want to get these games, but i cant get them both right now. Im gonna grab a $20 PSN card (for Journey) and then one of these....both are $30 right now too.

I tried the Rayman demo on PSN, enjoyed the small demo they let you play, but to be honest, the Alvin and the Chipmunks doo-de-doo-de-da type music id hear at times really turned me off. Is there alot of that in the full game?

I havent played Portal 2 at all, but it looks pretty amazing and i think the reviews have been awesome too.

Oh, and the trophy whore in me also would like to play one where the platinum isnt incredibly out there to get.

What say you, o wise GAF?

Thanks!!

Portal 2.

But play Rayman Origins at some point too, it's a fantastic game. It's just not Portal 2.

Rayman Origins.

Why? It's better looking, has better music, and its more charming. The world needs more 2D HD platformers.

I thought one line in Portal 2 was funny, other than that it was just Valve trying WAY too hard to be clever. Portal 1 was superior in every way.

This is a no brainer. Follow my advice and save yourself the big "WTF were these guys telling me?!" face that will come. Portal 2 is a waste of your money get Rayman Origins, it is the infinitely better game

Only played Portal 2 for two hours - I didn't enjoy it that much (the whole concept of Portals was dragged out by the end of the original Portal imo).

Rayman Origins. It's super (frustratingly) hard, has great co-op and is one of the best looking games (clean 1080p @60fps) this generation :)

Portal 2.

People who say "Rayman Origins" ITT find the need to justify themselves because not even they are sure of the choice. Portal 2 is the way to go.

Dude, wat.

It's weird that the question even needed to be asked.

First off, they're completely different games.

Second, if you played the first Portal, I'd think you either have an interest in the sequel, or you don't.

Say what?!

Thought it was the easiest platinum trophy I've earned apart from the very last level.
But even that wasn't so bad once you knew the sections.

I enjoyed it way more then portal. But both are great games.

Rayman Origins for awesome platforming and plenty of replayability, challenge, depth, and 4-player multiplayer.

Portal 2 for some awesome actiony puzzle gameplay, humor, story, and overall one of the best experiences in a game ever.
