I live in Mexico City and can confirm most of the sites having problems in the US are also screwed here.

The hackers seem to hate baseball since the MLB servers are down. I work for the Mexican League, which is affiliated to the american Minor League system and our site has been up and down for hours.

I have a son. He's 10 years old. He has computers. He is so good with these computers, it's unbelievable. The security aspect of cyber is very, very tough. And maybe it's hardly doable!
