How about Bull penis? Does that beat maggot cheese? The below is from an Aussie comedy show call Hamish and Andy "Gap Year".

Hamish checks if it's cooked. Oh and for the record Andy ate just the tip, it took 1 hour to down.

Daily Mail UK is blocked so no actual eating images sorry.

Igunaq - is an Inuit method of preparing meat, particularly walrus and other marine mammals. Meat and fat caught in the summer is buried in the ground as huge steaks, which then decompose and ferment over autumn and freeze over winter, ready for consumption the next year. It is also not without risk - improper production can lead to illness and death through botulism. Nice!

Sannakji. Small octopus recently deceased and doused in sesame seed oil. Chew it well to avoid death.

Is it because the arms can still suction and get hung in your throat? That's what I heard at some point but wasn't sure if it was a true statement.

So.... a guy just posted this in a vegan group on facebook....

It is a group where people post photos what they eat as a way to inspire each others.

This is what he posted

When people ask what it is he says it is Ecological salt. I believe it is his breakfast When they as where he got it he says he got it from his own sweat, he collects it while bicycling....

According to another poster in the thread this is apparently called HSNE (High salt nothing else) and that it is really yummy with some lemon juice splashed on it...

I have tried googling but have not found any information about this crazy ass hippie diet. Have any of you heard of this before?

I do not believe this is a vegan thing but some kind of new age crap, thread now consists of 95% absolutely dumbfounded people. Too extreme even for vegans.

I'd add that Andrew Zimmern has probably eaten about 90% of these on his Bizarre foods show. A fun watch if anyone is interested, you can find some on youtube.

One of my favorite dishes is Cabidela, which is rice soaked in Chicken blood. After the chicken is killed, it hangs upside-down for the blood to be drained out. It’s then added to the meat when it’s cooking, giving the dish a brownish color.

It's awesome:
