Hm...5-6 months give or take. Not too much wear though since I got them during the winter. Only started to break them out in March or so.

Wearing my Toms right now. They are light, charitable and nice for hot weather.

And my classic style vans. I dont wear them too often.

New shoes! Pair of Merrell CT Stamina 2 running shoes. I needed a new pair of cross trainers for working out. All my other shoes aren't really fit for that sort of duty. Third pair of Merrells and they fit great. Swear by these suckers...

I wasn't sure where to post this so I thought I'd post it here. This is the closest thing I could find to a Shoes OT. Anyways... on to the question I have:

When is the best time of the year to buy something from Footlocker? My wife gifted me a foot locker gift card several months ago. I still haven't used it and now she's somewhat nagging me to use it to buy myself some nice shoes. Now... I've never shopped at Footlocker. Their prices seem above what most other retailers charge.

Does Footlocker have good sales during the holiday season? Or is it best to buy during NBA off-season?
