I miss these so ever since I moved to Richmond from Wilmington, DE.

You know the phrase "All that and a bag of chips"? That phrase actually came from this.

I'm a picky eater, and only eat either corn chips or salt and vinegar ones. These are my favourites:

Plain. No cheese or salsa. They're gross.

And multigrain plus restaurant style

R.I.P Dorritos Jacked Bold/Chipotle BBQ flavor (in the US),Was my go to chips

The discontinuing of this flavor here in the US is almost as sad as the day this went away...

Kettle brand is the GOAT. Wegmans has giant bags of it.

EDIT: Nevermind, it was Costco with the big bags. Wegmans just has a better flavor variety.

I haven't bought chips for a long time, only eaten a few at parties. Now I'm about to leave to the store to get some. I should never click on any threads about food.

Edit: Estrella is where it's at indeed.

I don't like local potato chips save for a few. They're either too cheesy or too... powdery.

In the import aisle however I bought this, and holy shit it was delicious

Is it a great brand?

I'm honestly a real big fan of chips but they usually cut my gums and I end up with canker sores and
make me fat, etc.

I went out for a small snack run just because I'm feeling really upset or whatever.

Saw these were on sale:

Do you prefer Jays* or Lay's for regular potato chips?
-No Jays here, sometimes I like Lays.
What's your favorite regular potato chip, if not one of those two?
-I don't know if I have a solid favourite, but it would be Old Dutch or Lays regular.
What's your favorite chip, period, potato or other, "regular" or otherwise?
-Again, not sure if I have a solid favourite but I used to like THundercrunch Jalapeno, which doesn't exist anymore. I guess I would say Ruffles Sour Cream n Onion.

These are my crack right here. Not too salty, a mild flavor, and a really soft texture. I could sit and eat a bag of these if I allowed myself.

i absolutely love those, especially the caption contest

i still remember one which was something like "Miss Porridge and her friends were still unacquainted with life in Australia", i nearly died laughing

I tend to buy these like once every two months
and eat the entire 300g pack in one go
.

These were fucking godlike but are not sold in Estonia anymore : (

Gonna see if I can buy a couple bags of those Kettle Cooked chips tomorrow. This thread made me super hungry for some.

There's this one Japanese potato chip that's either butter flavored or baked potato flavored. It's friggin' delicious, but I've never been able to find it after the couple of times I've had it. I can't even find an image of the bag on Google.

I dunno about brands and all that, I just walk into any store and pick up the first type of salt and vinegar chips I see. Best flavor.

I love Kettle Chips.

These look delicious! Must keep an eye out now.

I love these:

Miss Vickies Jalapeno and sweet and sour are the two best/most addictive.

This simply. I love how they can only be found in Subway shops and a few scattered corner stores. Definitely a rarity to find them.

These are the best.

my personal favorite, the kettle brand jalapeno ones are pretty good as well

my fuckin man, PA got the chip game on lock

GOAT:

Weird snack facts I know, PA has the most potato chip companies in the country, and the 2 most chip factories. (Ohio is number one because that's where Lay's brand chips a mostly made.) PA also makes 80% of the pretzels in america. The average american eats 1.5lbs of pretzels annually, but people in Philly eat on average 12 lbs.
