The Patronus test is a real pain. It doesn't give you enough time to see all the answers, and even if you do find a choice you like, it doesn't always register your clicks. Final results are:

Ilvermorny: Pukwudgie
Wand: Hawthorn with phoenix feather core, 11 3/4" with slightly yielding flexibility.
