Kind of hard to do with Power Rangers since diversity is such a big part of selecting rangers. Unless they made them all adopted or something.

I think it is one of those that gains a lot by its context within the franchise as a whole. I mean, Linkara's retrospective bumped it a fair bit - particularly his evaluation of Carter - but there's a certain novelty to the relative mundanity of the whole premise (sans the demons). It's a military operation of adults using the power of SCIENCE to fight evil, no magic, future tech, or aliens necessary. Indeed, that their enemies are demons gives the entry something of a thematic point that stands out all the more for how little it's repeated into the future.

Also the zords have just aged supremely well.

For what its worth, I think maybe the attack on the twin towers made its material a bit more poignant.

That would take over a month though! Especially if you add in all the movies. I don't see anybody watching most of the seasons before Jetman either.

I truly think stuff like that is because people just don't know how to cope with change. This team appears older and there isn't really much familiar about this.

That would mean subbing the entirety of the franchise that isn't Zyuranger or Dairanger first. That... would take a while.
