It was the ninja coin (frog/Black Ranger Power for Adam) that was reduced to dust. The original set just stopped working when the Thunderzords blew up.

it happened during Judo training .

I threw him and he put his hand down to cushion his fall ( something you should never do but instinctive reflexes can be hard to beat . first lesson they teach you is how to always fall on your side ) and i landed right on top of him .

Momentum of fall + my weight on top of it on his one arm made it snap .

i still am wary of doing that throw again for fear it will happen again
