I honestly can't say for certain. It's been around 2-3 years since I watched SPD. She had that rich girl thing going on and then...yeah, idk.

So yeah, I do appreciate the fact that while Ransik was the nominal 'leader of mutant crime' in the future, he wasn't literally the head honcho for every mutant out there. Allows him to even have enemies like this!

In the year 3000 all babies are genetically engineered. Ransik is a mutant created from a lab sample that fell into the sewer, which is probably responsible for his defects and why the serum doesn't cure him, only alleviates the symptoms.

It sort of goes back to normal with the Neo-Saban stuff (Samurai onward), but the writing is awful in those seasons, so it's no great news.

That's not entirely true. Yes, from Dino Thunder through whatever came before RPM did have slo-mo, but it wasn't all that bad.
