They moved everything to New Zealand to save a lot of costs.

But after Wild Force, they were constantly looking for reasons to cancel the show.

Nope even when they sent the series to die with RPM they still had a respectable budget.

From what I read besides a few Disney esque restrictions, they mostly didn't care. Budget also wasn't as low I believe
