I found it kind of amazing that most actors in Power Rangers never did anything outside of Power Rangers.

Like Saban traumatized them from pursuing acting.
Austin St John went back to martial arts and didnt turn back he was so burnt out. David Yost required a decade of therapy for how he was treated.

The only one who's had anything resembling a career from the MMPR cast is Amy Jo and Zach's actor who's name I'm blanking on.

I think Leo would have been perfect as a Red Dairanger with his shirt ripping and the muscles similar to Ryo of the heavenly star.

Too bad it was 5 years too late.

OOO that reminds me of another Lost Galaxy fun fact:

There were rumors that the Dairangers were supposed to make an appearance in Lost Galaxy as some ancient rangers. that would've been nice as a set up for Super Megaforce, but whatever.

Probably asked before but when is Time Force airing? I don't want to miss that one at all since I've heard great things.

Kendrix got better?!

It's amazing how they keep forgetting to have the sixth rangers show up in the crossover.

Well, at this point, Magna Defender doesn't have his powers anymore and Ryan is still MIA.

You can see glimpses of the Torozord in this episode though since Magna Defender's JP counterpart didn't lose his powers.

At least with the Saban actors, they were almost all martial arts people with no experience in acting. Rocky, for example, who has gold and silver medaled actual martial arts championship events. They never had an interest in acting.

And then otherwise they got actors who were not unionized so they couldn't really get far, both from that and just being bad talent.

Good reason for that.

By the time the team up happens in Sentai the sixth ranger was usually dead.

Makes sense I guess, but they're usually using more original footage in these crossovers anyway, so it seems more like neglectfulness on their part than anything, although I guess in this case they do have an excuse since Mike doesn't really have his Magna defender powers anymore, anyway.

At least they had Eric show up in the Time Force / Wild Force crossover episode later on.

A lot of people say Vypra acting was horrible but Troy is an excellent challenge to her. The male counterpart I should say.

That's interesting. Thanks for pointing it out.

So review for the Power Rangers movie are starting to pop up. Is someone gonna do the thread? I'd do it, but I don't want to read any spoilers.
