Powerade vs. Gatorade

Only Gatorade. Every other sports drink is for betas. If it's really hot and you're playing in a game you don't drink either. That's when you break out the Pedialyte.

No Sqwincher? Hahahaha.

I used to work at a place that had this in water coolers! It was amazing.

original yellow gatorade.

but i stick to water since im mostly sure that studies on cramping athletes found that the more electrolytes in the body the greater chance for cramping...or something like that the body loses water faster than electrolytes so it ends up with too many which throws off the signaling and causing cramps.

Only proper drink is yellow Gatorade.

It's very modest in it's flavor, a perfect mixture of water and what ever flavoring they put in it, it's so refreshing.

First, anyone talking about nutritional value on these...of course water is better.

That being said, Powerade Zero is amazing.

Not sure we even have Gatorade in the UK. If it is on sale I'll pick up a Powerade, doesn't have a strong taste, goes down easy.

Meh, it depends. I have Gatorade in my fridge right now, but just the other day, I bought some Powerade from a CVS after I was done playing tennis.

Whatever I'm in the mood for, I suppose.

Powerade as they actually make a sugar free version and it doesn't taste half bad. Good for hot days full of outdoors stuff. It's also my sweet fix. Blue for life.

Powerade, because it actually tastes good. Low calories Gatorade tastes like slightly flavored water, so if I have to resort to that, why not just get water instead?
