No, not the hot dogs and pizza. I'm talking about the pre-prepared meals they sell. Let's post them. They make some interesting stuff and occasionally rotate them out.

Right now among my favorites is:

Tortellini pasta salad with mozzarella pearls. I don't usually like olives but this is pretty good. It has tri-colored tortellini with strips of ham. It's really good.

Turkey and Swiss roll-ups. I stop buying these because I could demolish a box.

Cilantro Lime Shrimp. If you like seafood, shrimp in particular this is heaven.

Chicken Salad with Rotisserie Chicken. Enough said.

Add your own.

Everything is really good, but they should sell half-portions. We always end up throwing some away because the packages are so big.

Love that shrimp. Hate that Costco Taiwan doesn't have it, and instead has a weird Thai seafood salad that is not as good.

I swear everyday about an hour before lunch someone makes a thread that makes me twice as hungry.

That chicken rotisserie salad, and that shrimp thing look

Never been to costco though.

The Greek pasta salad is incredible. I can't eat it anymore, but back when I used to eat badly, it was one of my favorite foods.

Their poke is delicious.

WTF is this? My Costco doesn't sell pre-prepared food behind a salad bar. They just sell it in pre-packed containers. It looks like you have a much wider selection than mine does as well too.

The issue with them Italian Roll things is that they seem overly salty. Well, most deli foods are overly salty. Bleh.

you could buy a whole rotisserie chicken, a loaf of bread and 2L of soda for less than $10 at my local grocery store

I could buy myself chicken parts, a glass of water and some bread for $5.

It's not like I buy this stuff all the time. Once in a while you gotta splurge.

That shrimp tho...

how many people does that boxed stuff feed?

(referring to the cilantro lime shrimp and chicken salad)

there is no way i could finish that by myself. maybe even with another person.

ive always been interested in some myself. i tried the chicken alfredo last week. disappointed. its sort of tasty, but not enough sauce and really oily. i wont be buying that again and would not recommend it.

I take it you never had the chicken salad. They don't go easy on the portion. I've had it last me 2 days.

Easily feeds two people. My sister and I shared one box when we first bought it and we barely finished it by the end of the day.

yeah, but I thought the whole point of Costco was that it was cheap as fuck.

A rotisserie chicken that's at least 50% larger than the one I can buy at my local supermarket is $5 at Costco.

I always buy the rotisserie chicken thighs 8-pack for $5, because I'm too lazy to carve a whole chicken, and because I like dark meat better anyway.

It's all in bulk. Just because the price is $10 doesn't mean they cut back on the portions they sell. It's still a lot of food. That picture does the salad no justice. You have to see it in person.

They make THE best chicken pot pie I've ever had. To bad it's like, 12lbs and I wouldn't be able to eat 1/4 of it before it went bad.

it doesnt have any bread or soda in it, so he would probably find it disgusting

The true GOAT.

But what's the point if I fail a drug test and can't work? 😀

Costco used to cater exclusively to big business. Those days are long gone. Now it's more individuals and families who use it than anything. That's why they sell pre-packaged meals and such.
