Prepare your wallet: Final Fantasy Ultimania Archive announced for North America

I preordered immediately. So excited to finally see these in English. Wish we could get the full guides, but it's way too late for that.

It's never too late!!

However I wouldn't want them to translate the whole full guides as most of that content would be boring walkthrough text and data stuff that you can just get from any GameFAQs guide.

What I would want is the interviews.

From the official Dark Horse website:

"No Final Fantasy collection is complete without this beautiful tome of art, lore, and history."

Yet there's talk only artwork will be included?

A couple of the listings I've seen mention that artist notes will be included, not sure to what extent though.

Also quoted from their site: "Collecting art, commentary, and retrospectives from the first six Final Fantasy games."

Guess we gotta wait and see.

I'll be holding off on this until I obtain more information. That being said, I can see this as being the perfect companion piece to "The Sky: The Art Of Final Fantasy".
