You do know that she said she would be leaving for Panama immediately, and then 24+ hours passed between then and her reuniting with Michael. The only problem is how she found the boat.

I feel like I'm the only who thoroughly enjoyed this season. Since the theme of the season was "manhunt," and a lot of Michael's actions were impetuous (unlike S1, where he had the entire break out planned), I have no problem with all the crazy shit that's happened this year. And I, largely, had no problem with the finale. My only gripes with it:

1) Sara finding the boat.
2) The money just getting kicked in the water. A pretty abrupt (and disrespectful towards Westmoreland) end for an incredibly long subplot.
3) The "mad scientist" angle is going to lead to something just too outlandish.

Obviously I wasn't planning on there being a happy ending since the show was picked up for a third season despite being written for two, so I didn't care so much that Michael ended up getting screwed again.

But all in all, I liked the episode and the season as a whole. It's going to be a long wait to August.
qft. I can't wait until fall now (and the blu-ray release of season 1). Some of you guys take the show too seriously imo.

On the plus side, money can be wet and not destroyed, thanks to tis cotton base

wouldnt the police find it when searching for kims body wich also fell in the same river

This is prison break. Obviously retreiving that bag will be a central focus, and Kims body will end up floating through the pontiac river

:lol @ Nobody being sad for Sucre. I mean that guy seriously can't catch a break. He was in jail over some bullshit in the first place, his own cousin tried to marry his girl. And when he finally escapes and gets his girl, he loses her again (she might be dead by now, we don't even know), and now hes on the verge of death with a critical wound.

But everybody cheering on T-Bag (the murderer slash rapist slash pedophile). :lol

Not that I've never cheered on a bad guy in tv show/movie before, it's just funny to me. Sucre is a saint compared to T-Bag. :P

They should change the name of the show to "No Prison Break", because I enjoyed the heck out of this show when they were planning on breaking out of prison.

I'm looking forward to season 3. Obviously, Mahone and Michael are going to become the Mario Bros in Panama.

What would be ridiculous is if Lincoln tattoos the map of the panama prison on his skin. :lol

I would hope so, they found Michael's hard drive in the ocean. Well, that was the feds that found it. But still, you get the idea.

Bleah, the show should have just ended. Can't believe there is going to be a season 3. Although i'll probably watch it.

To be fair, I think Michael was framed for the people killed in the warehouse. The panama police were right there when Kim was shot, him being killed had nothing to do with them wanting to capture them all.

Yeah, I do know that Sarah's trial started immediately. That Kellerman walked in, testified, had little to no cross examination, his story is corroborated (By the way, didn't the corporation wipe out proof that Kellerman ever existed with them?) and Sarah is set free the same day, maybe within a half hour even, who knows. Upon walking outside of the courthouse minutes later, charges against Linc are dropped immediately by a man on the steps. Sarah hops on a plane and boogies to Michael's hidden boat. Like I said, I'm willing to overlook the silliness. But please don't try to use that 24 hour piece they threw in there to make it all sound plausible. You're making it harder to overlook.

Still, that's not what I didn't like about the ending. I just don't care for the whole top secret army project direction they've taken.

And others have extremely low standards. (There's no other explanation if you 'can't wait' for fall based on this show')

Well, I have to say that Agent Kellerman's character development was the best part of Season 2. He went out well.

Um...

Can someone explain what the hell just happened? Mainly referring to those things that happened within the last 10 mins.

Scofield = Solid Snake? :(

wtf.

The biggest problem with season two was that they squandered so many episodes on running in middle america shit and scofield fetch quests so they couldn't develop the panamanian endgame as well. characters just showing up and all that.

Same with season one, great early season build up. ZOMG lame twists and then they run away on foot?

I would tell the show to **** off but the episodes themselves invariably end up entertaining me. metaplot consistency and pacing be damned :( :(

I gotta say, although I completely agree that this show should've ended after season one, (either half way through, or at the end), I supremely enjoyed Season 2. In season 1, it was all about Michael's plan, and how cool it/he was. But season 2 just said "What's the craziest bat-shit loco stuff we can do and still make a (somewhat) cohesive storyline?" And now, it's obvious that Scofield and Mahoney will have to team up, (Bellich too prolly, (how funny was he, naked on the Mexican prison floor?)), to escape while they try and pull off one of the most outlandish (mad-scientist) plots ever. I'm looking forward to it.

This show is AMAZING.

Season 4: Mahone, T-Bag, Bellickand and Scofield break out of a Panamanian Jail. Meanwhile, secret scientist dude 'tests' Scofield to eventually offer him a job as Jack Bauer.

This show is daft as **** and I still love it. Infinitely more entertaining than this season of 24 (6) has been.

What did just happen?

You have to admit that Prison Break was a "jump the shark" show from the beginning (which is not a bad thing if done right), but this finale is just whaaaaaaaaaaa???????

So this bald guy, who apparently is the most powerful/influencial person on this side of the atlantic- who apparently controls the company, which controls everything else, and is too badass to actually talk works in some mexican prison as... what? A sadistic torturer? A surgeon? Genetic engineer? Sorry, the jump there was a little ****ed up.

Huh?

Who said he works at the prison....and the prison is in Panama....and he clearly is a general who works at a long island research facility....

I actually liked the ending and the research-facility thing. I hope they get rid of Sucre ASAP though, his storyline annoys me so much.

That was the most anti-climatic shit ever. It felt like the episode before a finale, not a finale itself. Ho-hum. Next season, the tables are turned, Link has to break Michael out. Yawn. The only cool thing that will come out of this is Mahone and Michael working together.

Wow, crazy ending.

Bellick looks pretty much owned. Mahone en Scofield will be awesome together.

Scofield entering some sort of arena in the end?

BoboBrazil said:
Was that Bellick in the end all beat up on the ground in the prison??

Yeah, pretty crazy.

Also, guys chill out. Serial dramas will always 'jump the shark' (such an overused term). The only way to keep people entertained in these male-soap operas is to get more extreme and switch it up. And :lol at anyone who took Prison Break seriously to begin with. It's a fun show, watch it for what it is. Quit picking apart what's supposed to be mindless entertainment.

Fairly disappointing ending to a weak 1/3 last portion of the season. Show just seems to have run out of creative juice. They should have ended this arc and set up a completely new one but instead it seems like we are getting prison retread material.

I'll probably still keep on watching since I've invested 2 seasons but downloading and watching Prison Break isn't the fever pitch event it use to be for me.

Yeah, but what's next? Aliens? Robots? Genetic freaks? I just hope they don't take the focus off of people and try to force the fantastic on us. They can get as absurd as they want, but don't stray from the human element. That's my wish.

Umm, why in the hell would Schofield and Mahone work together? Unless you're all forgetting, Michael set Mahone up with the cocaine in the boat, sending him to Sona and stopping him from ever seeing his wife and son again. If anything, they'll be looking to backstab eachother which will make for much better viewing IMO.

"Have no fear, we've got stories for years!"

Aside from the scientists thing that came out of nowhere, I liked the finale.

Unless you're forgetting:
a) this is PB, logic and reason have no meaning
b) Michael and Mahone are both in hell now, so I can pretty much guarantee they'll team up to get out
c) this is PB, logic and reason have no meaning
d) variations on a) and c)

We didn't actually see him get shot so i wouldn't rule out the option that those guys where there to rescue him. That would totally be in the line of this show.

Pretty much. And it doesn't seem like the Company to be wearing balaclavas during a hit.

Kellerman's character was awesome. He is signed on for a new show coming out though, so probably won't be on Prison Break again. At the end they showed a preview for next season and they had a tagline which was He has been on the run for the last year, but the next 20 feet will be the most dangerous. Not sure what that is about. Looks like Scofield might be getting into some underground fighting. Hope he watched Bloodsport:D

I agree he'll probably end up survivng, but there was an awful lot of gunfire just to take out a single prison guard.

I think Kellerman is suppose to be on that new Grey's Anatomy spin off show, so he might be dead.

Well, at least they didn't show him get killed. That way if the Grey's Anatomy spinoff flops (or at this point doesn't even get picked up, doubtful though) they could try to write him back in. Looks like they left it open for interpretation.

KUMITE KUMITE KUMITE

Yeah, either that or Fight Club.

This is where Michael's Weapon X/Solid Snake training will kick in.

Cos they both wanna get out of there and they're both geniuses at that sort of thing? Michael is pretty levelheaded, and Mahone has no reason to hate Michael really, so I'm sure they'll work together.

Mahone also called Kim to come to Panama which pretty much owned Mike

Michael and Mahone are too much alike to be working together.

That was the best ****ing season finale EVER!!! The T-Bag/Bellick meet up was freaking awesome... Better yet, Bellick being transported in a dog cage... :lol Kellerman and Kim were killed. Mahone was Mahowned. The ending was also ****ing awesome. Now Michael and Mohone will have to (presumably) work together to get out. Should I expect Bellick to help them out?

I love this show.

How many other shows kill 90% of its cast within two seasons?

What the hell are you people talking about?

Is this too much fantasy for you guys? Aren't some of you the same dorks that don't seem to mind Jack Bauer teleporting around LA in mere seconds, or even see him still walking around despite surving two nuclear blasts, disease, and chemicals? The dude has also survived two ****ing airplane crashes. He has been run over by cars before, and even tortured by Chinese people for years.

Give me a break.

Don't even get me started on LOST.

I said it before... Best season finale EVER.
