It will stack/reup. I bought a few codes last year and used them all at once. My subscription now lasts to 2020 i think.

I doubt you'll see $29.99 again. That deal was common when the subs were $49.99. $39.99 is probably about the best you'll see nowadays since the price hiked last year.

You should probably still buy one at $40. You don't have to activate it right away and $20 off doesn't come along near as often as $10 off..
