Except for "gamers".

typhonsentra said:Why should we ignore the news exactly? Most of us already understand that he's giving impressions through a fanboy's perspective, but that doesn't mean it's of no interest to us at all, does it?
Warhawks is looking good (although they are totally revamping the game. It's now a lot like Battlefield and you can get out, run around, and use pretty much every vehicle, item, and weapon in the game - hence they delay). Personally, I'd have preferred they concentrate on the flying aspects of the game, but it seems like they're doing a really good job adding all this extra stuff.
snatches said:I sat on that because it is NOT ****ING NEWS. Give me an email address, and I will forward you the communication on it. It'll be, you know, dated and shit.
Yes. There is a five page thread going about the ****ing marketing logo.
Disappointment-ton would be if KZ doesn't look like that video, period. Not because he says so, but because that is what Sony says. That is what they showed me to expect and if I drop 6 bills and 60 for the game I should get exactly ****ing that, right?
snatches said:Yes, I can. But nobody would be attributing the impact of that to this fool, amirite? And that goes back to my original point. I started posting a few pages back and led credibility to this guy and his timing. I just don't think anyone should give a **** about what he has to say.
fastasleep said:Well, I'm not too impressed with his recent rash of postings. Does he think the following is news.
We've all known for a long while now, that Warhawk includes on foot sections. If this is news to him, he hasn't been paying much attention to Warhawk's development. He also states the ps3 is opaque, when we have reports that its actually semi-transparent.
Oblivion said:18 pages in less than 24 hours? Instead of reading the thread, I'm going to assume the price of the PS3 dropped by $50. Am I warm?
mckmas8808 said:And that's all I need baby. But seriously GAF come on.
Wasn't the jungle game shown in video form in real-time? What's the big difference between them in graphics?
If KZ2 got downgraded from this great quality
to this quality in real-time....
would any of you guys be mad???
snatches said:And the launch titles are getting really thin. At e3 '05, Resistance was the least exciting title of everything shown. It has BARELY CHANGED SINCE LAST YEAR. Yet now it is teh new hotness. Why? Because it stands as the only original and exclusive reason you would want a ps3 this year. Great game? No doubt. $650 game? Not ****ing likely.
snatches said:if the ps3 was the same launch price as the 360 their would be nobody complaining on these boards at all. The truth, is that only people who are 1) Rich, 2) Single and employed, or 3) Tech whores who want bluray will be lining up for PS3's. Everyone else is scratching their head at that price for a games console. It's like Sony grew up, but left 90% of its customer base behind and scratching their ****ing heads.

yea of course with that high perceptive crystal ball of yours, you already know what the PS3 launch lineup is and be able to tell that resistance is the only one worth playing on that list, right?snatches said:if the ps3 was the same launch price as the 360 their would be nobody complaining on these boards at all. Barely indeed.
snatches said:You said handful, and I will come up short. Without a shadow of a doubt, there will not be 200 titles coming out for PSP by the end of the year, as I have already posted. and his comment about multiple user ID's for PS3 that sounds like something you would want? It just means that you will need multiple ID's for different publishers/games due to the fact that the PS3's online system is still a pretty version of PS2's. An open system that can't support a single login user ID. But this is a feature, right?

umm... I dont think its a different user id for every game. I think its a different user id for each user on the ps3 (remember the individual user login's, the non online ones). and in result each user can have their own PSNP id.snatches said:You said handful, and I will come up short. typhonsentra said:Snatches, I'd understand if you wanted to tell people to calm down if the information wasn't true, but why are you trying so hard to convince people excited about the news that it isn't a big deal and that they shouldn't be excited in the first place?
Amir0x said:Would we get mad? The answer is "yes" - they promised, significantly underdelivered. Would it be acceptable for the game if it hit this level, at least? Certainly - that's the best case scenario I'd welcome.
mckmas8808 said:But did that Jungle game (Damnit give us the name Sony I'm tired of calling it 'Jungle game') really move and look that much worst than KZ2?
To me they were in the same league. Both had good lighting, animation, physics, and graphics. The only thing KZ2 had was volumetric smoke and more enemies on the screen.
Shite give me Lost Planet's smoke and explosions with the jungle game's lighting and graphics with Stranglehold's physics and who wouldn't be happy?

He doesn't say just North America. Consider multiple skus for different regions. And movies. And porn UMDs.snatches said:I can solidly debunk one of his claims, can you read?
