Indeed, call it the PS3 racing pack or something. Make a nice box with a classy GTHD picture and Motorstorm, add a Fast and the Furious blu-ray to the mix, slam on a sticker of 549,99 and sell that shit.

Bad idea. Makes you realize you are paying 800 USD for a GAME console. Should have packed Blu-Ray movies instead.

I'm sure that will appeal in the territory with the lowes HD penetration of them all. Added cost to the console for BluRay and then added cost for BluRay films is a bad idea, best to put in games that actually look better in SD, like Motorstorm.

The price drop really needs to be larger, most stores are now selling at £399 plus HDMI lead and free Motorstorm or Resistance - and it's still only selling an estimated 20k a week. It's not hard to find second hand PS3s for £379 either.

Resistance will likely never be bundled at retail. It's an M-rated game.

My local store already offers the PS3 for £400 with a free game so this is unlikely to have any real impact, considering better deals are already available.

I said a few times that this one plus Resistance and Virtua Tennis 3 bundles were coming. They are official Sony bundles, so there is no point saying your local shop had an offer that blablabla. This is Sony's doing sadly :/

That box is nice. I will sell my current PS3 and buy GT5 bundle when it comes, MotorStorm one is nice for new customers.
