Why? Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item for you. From Amazon...

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

Nah, I'll be fine. I got two from amazon, one from Best Buy and one from newegg. All allow returns until January. I think if I return to amazon because I don't want it I have to pay shipping but that's not a big deal.
