PS4 owners: would you have bought TitanFall?

I have the option of it on PC but choosing not to at the moment.

Burnt out with FPS.

I have something like 250 hours clocked on TF2 for an example....yet I haven't touched it in nearly a year

I would have said yes before the beta. I was set to get it on PC but I haven't ordered the game yet. What I saw of the beta pretty much killed any hype I got. Not that I think the game is bad but it seems to me I'd get bored pretty quickly.

will get a ps4 in the future, but not intersted at all. I dislike fps in general, and being only MP kills any chance of interest that a few fps grow on me. PLus it is quite expensive in my opinion, 30-40 would be a better price.

I never buy online only games so no.
Yeah... even THAT'S case by case, though in this case it's more "it better be an MMO or Online MP-only game" than anything else. I understand why you wouldn't want it, mind, but it seems kind of like trying to never eat sugar (assuming you don't have a condition like diabetes anyway) yet also refusing fruit, even though those are highly nutritious and balance out the sugar you take in. This logic SEEMS like it's equating twinkies with apples.

Or you just don't like MP, in which case nevermind!

Nope but I haven't purchased any ps4 games yet either. Maybe I would have rented it though....Not sure actually which game will be my first purchase, maybe Destiny?

If it came to PS4, I would have bought it a few weeks after launch if it went on sale for a decent price. I mean, being a strictly online multiplayer map based shooter... I don't really see it being worth $60. I mean, if it was open world and had more to it than just team based matches, then it might be worth $60 to me. Or if it had a singleplayer campaign.

No, well not at launch at least.
I only got it on the pc cause I can have the game plus season pass for $48. Even then it feels a bit pricy because I don't see myself playing it much

The game is fun, but it's not drowning out my hype for infamous, dark soul 2, mgs and srwz3.

My opinion might change if they patch in some horde or botless private match mode.

No. I don't enjoy first-person shooters (I've never managed to finish the few I bought) and I enjoy competitive multiplayer games even less.

Edit: I'm in Australia so I couldn't play it competitively on any platform thanks to our lack of Azure datacentres, so that's a double no.

I'm getting the PC version on Friday but if a decent PS4 port was out I'd have probably got it for that instead. No way I would have got it if it performed like the Xbone version though.

I would get it on PC at some point (maybe, after letting it cook for a while), however the server issue is a total killer for me. I live where I would get over 100 ping in an optimal scenario. That's just a complete no go for me, especially with an online only game.

The most likely scenario would be me waiting so long for it to be cheap to try it out then eventually forget about it and then it pops up on PS+.

At least that's what happened with BF3... and ACIII and Bioshock Infinite and Borderlands 2 and Dead Space 2, dear god do I use PS+ as a crutch.

It looks cool but i prefer single player games and usually only enjoy online multiplayer if its against a person i actually know. So that would be a no, though sort of on topic i think it being exclusive has done it a big favour in terms of hype.

Yes, most definitely. I bought on the XBO, but I would have preferred to play it with the DS4.

I was tempted to get the PC version until i played the beta, which made me decide no. Maybe further down the line but definitely not anytime soon.

I'm not an FPS kind of guy.

If I play an FPS, it must be one of the really good ones and with an excellent campaign.

Still, I didn't even like Bioshock:Infinite after playing it through Playstation Plus. The genre bores me after an hour. I'm enjoying Metro:Last Light, however.

Now, if Witcher 3 would somehow be exclusive to the X1? *world rocked*

When playing the game on a console means that I pay twice the amount and get a worse gameplay experience from both a graphical (792p lol) and gameplay (kb+m) perspective I never found it interesting on consoles to begin with. If the PS4 had featured 1080p and a stable fps I would have bought it when it was cheap.
