Technically there but you can't get it without buying the unlock key. They probably plan to put it out separately later (or maybe there's some bug related to it?) It's a positive indication we'll see it eventually though.
I outright purchased the game from the website and then loaded it on my Vita. But I believe there is a demo because when you download the game there's an activation key. The main file says demo.

The worst thing they could have done for this promo was give a hard deadline of 11PM Pacific. Because when that inevitably doesn't happen, people are gonna get pissed. :lol And I mean, I hope I'm wrong here. I really do. I'd love to see this go off without a hitch.

No, the worst thing they can do is make the money vanish after a few weeks. IIRC a few people that had the previous promo stored up had that money vanish from their wallet.

I think their system is designed to just spit them all out at the same time (11 PDT apparently). Its just really dumb that instead of telling everyone to check the morning of April 13, they give out April 12th and then when 4/12 hits they mention 11 PST.
