I was actually alot more worried in early in Dec....then of course we got the likes of Lemmings and GTHD and some more trailers. Then we got Gripshift. Which is dang good.

If we got a quality game that was 5-10 bucks or maybe even free like GTHD was i'd be happy with that. Which so far, since Nov, they are doing that. Not to mention a TON of PS1 games for PSP. So come March...hopefully we will have the Midway and NeoGeo games on the PSN...and the ps1 emulator ready to go and you all of the sudden have a nice sized downloadable library....so everyone just chill!

heh sweet. Yeah the news updates kinda blow....dont forget too though...Factor5 is working on a downloadable. Although, release dates would be nice...and BETTER if they were actually on time. I'm sure firmware updates on the Dev consoles has SOMETHING to do with that.....working on a game....new firmware comes out that you are required to DL....and it jacks with something....F...now you have to change code...blah blah. So...march is going to bring this big update right? Then should we expect more delays from games we are lookeingd forward to? Probably.

January was Gripshift and some more Trailers.

Febuary is going to be Fl0w? BlastFactor Multiplayer. A demo of some sort too...Thats just my guess. But shoot this is Gaf! And we have power b3yond what is normal!!!! Muwahaha!

So... just confirmed with SCEA. The Multiplayer Pack is 100% LOCAL only. What The F***?!? That's beyond dumb.

Also, I asked about 3rd party demos as well and was told they are definitely coming in the near future (within a few months?). But apparently certain ones are Xbox Marketplace Exclusive for now (NBA Street Homecourt for example).

Again it was reiterated that PS Store releases and announcements will becoming more and more regular moving forward. A lot seems to be unofficially tied in with the Euro release.

Well Im happy about the multipack...my friend loves that game, and now we can both play. Woo!

...though 1.99 might have been more appropriate. We'll see how it goes.

Ugh. This exclusive **** is really starting to get on my nerves. Ok, so you tie up some exclusive games, got it. But exclusive demos? That's just... ugh.
 
Someone should try to put some games up quick . . . people would probably buy space invaders, missile command, and battlezone at this point.

Yeah exclusive demos are bullshit.

And that local multiplayer Blastfactor is bullshit too. I wanted online co-op with voice chat. I'm pissed.

presumably, if its a standalone download then you should be able to share that with 4 others just like any other paid download.

uhh shouldn't it be capcom doing it?I know Sony can put it up easily but the decision lies with Capcom whether they want the demo to be put up or not.
 
The network just came up, give developers some time.

IMO there is far too much complaining about the VC and PSN network right now. They are new services, give them a little time to get on their feet before wondering where the landslide of games are.
 
I think fl0w will let me get to that special zen place where VF moves just well... flow from the gamepad (I still need a stick) :lol

I can't afford, nor do I even really have the time. So I signed up for this gameznflix thing (had a terrible experience with gamefly before), in hopes of getting to play new games and watch BR movies for cheap. Well, turns out my trial membership didn't allow me to rent the BR movie I was hoping to rent, and my games still haven't been shipped out (3 days now), meaning that this damned 14 day trial is going to end up entirely useless.

Ok, that rant was off-topic, but damn it, why the **** can't game rental shit work like advertised?
 
I'm not a huge fighting game addict - and have no one locally to play against anyway - so I'm just going to get Tekken on PSN when it's released to have a decent fighting game when I feel like playing one.

C'mon flOw tonight, will be nice to relax playing it after I finish at the gym tonight - assuming PSN doesn't buckle or my router is a pain. Any word on how big the flOw download is supposed to be?

I actually just did the same exact thing, but also because Wii's Sonic and SSX coming out too. I am not impressed so far, 2 days and no shipping.

YES!, fortunately though you don't even have to pay that! check the VF thread for a -$10 best buy coupon off any game over $39.99. I printed it out and it works.
