I noticed that speeds are better for me now. In a picture below you can see my PS4 downloading some patches (green) and another PS4 (orange) probably pre-downloading GTAV. The second PS4 is behind two routers on a weak wifi so it never gets any good speeds. I recently had crappy PSN speed as many people and now it seems a lot better. The peak at around 9 MB/s (it's megabytes, mind you) so about 72 mbit/s. It's not great (less than half of my connection) and you can see a lot of spikes but at least it's over twice better then I was getting until yesterday. Let's hope this trend continues.

It's down for me too. I got kicked out of Dragon Age because I didn't set my PS4 as my primary.

Even the browser store is down. Fuck this.
