I played it for the first time yesterday and I have no fucking clue.
And it looks like it has no story whatsoever, or at least I can´t found it, its just level after level of capturing members, first on easy (5 to 8 levels) and when finished it opens normal.


I swear I have read the manual 2 or 3 times but still haven´t found the single player :lol

Yeah sounds like you bought the wrong one.

I haven't seen any copies of the original since Ops Plus came out. Which sucks, because I want the original version. Konami really dropped the ball on this one.

This needs to be quoted and bolded, since the majority of people have no clue. It took me two weeks to find a copy of MGS: Portable Ops that WAS NOT the Plus version. I could care less about the multiplayer. MGS is all about the single player game after all, right?

I found a Greatest Hits copy at GameCrazy on Sunday. Who the hell even knew it went Greatest Hits?

Try to find the Original MGS Ops. They're hard to comeby at some EB/GS now, since they dropped in price to 19.99. I was tempted to buy the Ops Plus, but passed on it. I'm happy with MGS Ops only.

Thanks guys. I only recently got into MGS (with the recent trilogy re-release) and wanted to play PO after I go through 1-3. PO Plus really sounded like an enchanced version of the original but I wasn't sure.
