PSVR sold out in less than 10min on Amazon. Who got one?

Preordered this at amazon while at work. Kept refreshing until like 2 minutes after it finally appeared for sale on the website. Preordered it fine.

They charge you then I think the funds get refunded untill the item ships I think it takes a few days hold on your bank account.

I've read some people say it's a rolling authorization. Like they'll charge for a few days and refund again every month or so.

Not gonna preorder it unless there's a must-own Day 1 game.

Amazon doesn't charge anything until item is shipped anyway, so it was fine for me. Still have months to finalize my decision. I do this for pre-orders all the time, and just make a decision before then.

How do most headphones fit with the PSVR? Will my ATH MX-50s fit comfortably? Or will I have to deal with earbuds? Or rather should I upgrade to a true surround gaming headset?

Got mine in too.

Just hope they don't drop the ball like they did on the Samsung UHD blu-ray player where they were so silent as Best Buy started shipping them out, though I was able to get one through them and just cancel the Amazon order.

But we already have DOAX3. Well, when they patch in the VR support.

Yup ;)

If anyone hasn't gotten on-board yet, GameStop in-store is another option. Anecdotally, I reserved only an hour ago and I'm the first preorder out of six available. A friend of mine is number 2 out of an available 10.

Got to my Gamestop like 10 mins after they opened and I was the very last preorder out of 4.

I did. A friend of mine pre-ordered one for me without checking with me if I wanted him to. Hah. Well hopefully I have the money for it come October.

Got an email from Amazon this afternoon informing me that my order qualifies for release day delivery. Looks like I got in on the ground floor!

Honestly, Best Buy has done this to me in the past. One of the reasons I finally just got a Best Buy card. I don't know if they still do it, though.

Best Buy charged the full amount to my card yesterday. If they're going to do that on and off for the next 7 months there is absolutely no point in pre-ordering from them.
