Alrightin the drawn to death line, then podcast beyond and story time and I'm good.

Only thing I missed out on is The Order and I'm not waiting that long.

Can't decide if I'm gonna go to beyond, that's awesome you played with shane though

Anyone at the show play Axiom Verge, The Tomorrow Children or The Witness? Wondering if the tomorrow children build was any different then the Alpha build.

I want to see that mecha warrior in action!

3 of us are here. How many more are coming?

We are by the red Benches near the escellators across from the ticket pickup.

Now that it's about wrapped up, how many have also gone to E3?

I'm asking since I've been to E3 and wasn't happy with it. Too many line ups, closed door theatres, and not enough open game stations, but I felt the best area of E3 was Sony's booth.

It had so many variety of games from indie to AAA with open booths. I pretty much spent most of my time there.

Since I believe PlayStation Experience is the Sony Booth, but better and only PlayStation, I know I would be much happier skipping E3 and going there instead.

This was probably my favorite show for the sole purpose of dat FF7 troll. I'm not even a big fan of FF7 and I was getting hyped as fuck. Once the old graphics were not morphing into new graphics I couldnt stop laughing. Reading this forum while it was happening made it even funnier. 10/10 God tier trolling

Did anyone else think Drawn to Death had a ton of potential?

I played six rounds total over the weekend (going undefeated!) and wrote a big ol' post about it. Really enjoyed what I played and can't wait to see more. The feedback sessions they had post-match were fucking awesome and the team is a class act. Shoutouts to Chris who was always a pleasure to chat with.

Glad it wasn't just me this was my second favorite game period. I did not however have the success you did.

I hope I can attend this next year, but going to E3 will take precedence. Would love to check out Vegas, though I'd only want to spend a couple hundred on gambling.

I'd say it was my favorite game of the show. Bloodborne is the game I'm most anticipating, but it was disappointing to see that the demo was the same as the alpha they released a while back for the network test. Framerate wasn't great and kinda dampened the experience. Still probably my second favorite, though.

Edit - I somehow got a Morpheus fastpass and tried that. I played the one where you're flying through space and have to tilt your head to move the character. The demo's resolution was balls and the framerate was crappy 30, but the 3D and head tracking worked alright.

I am currently in the process of losing money at the dice table..... do not do it.

I'm really cheap, so I'm pretty constrained at casinos. I take about thirty in with me and that's it. I rarely ever go to a casino, though.

I'm more of a roulette guy, though. That and slots or video poker from time to time.

Good luck to you

I never got around to trying out Morpheus and did not like Bloodborne much I realize its early so I am holding out that it will be better.

Edited to add

I think I'm done I'm pretty drunk and at least $500 in the hole....

I did one with 100 lines and lost so fast the waitress I was already broke before the waitress came back with my drink.

That $40 lasted me 5 minutes. I wasn't even winning 5 credit garbage.

But if you win, you win big

edit - if you don't hit anything after 2-3 spins, I'd try a different machine.

So can everyone who went just give a quick one sentence summary of how you enjoyed it? Was cool to watch from home but I am wondering what the atmosphere and community there was like.

My favorite played games were Mortal Kombat X and Drawn to Death. Sorry I missed you guys, too tired for the meetup on Saturday and bailed early today for the 10 hour drive home.

I'd go again for sure.

I have to apologize to you all, I'm kinda shy and a hermit. I get uncomfortable and weird so I didn't attend the meet and greet, I'm sorry. :( I did however StreetPass with several of you :) nothing better than a virtual std

Krae_man, This is JaguarCRO and I just missed you guys as we could only make it in for Sunday due to family commitments. Hopefully Playstation Experience next year we can be there for the meetup. It looks like you guys had a really good crowd!

Thanks to everyone who made it out to the meetups. Meeting gaffers is why I go to these things.

Had an amazing time. Can't wait until next years.

Edit at 3535 now. Wanted to try the rum raisin cola I was looking forward to before the meetup moved.

Tis yummy.

Gonna try the rum bar next year.

I go to E3 every year and I can easily say that PSX is a far more enjoyable experience overall...It trims off the excess fat known as Nintendo. :D

...on a serious note, E3 is more of a professional experience (boring) where the highlights of the day includes exchanging business cards, conducting interviews, and maybe having enough time to play a game or two (if you're lucky). PSX is more a celebration of gaming and I have to say, they really delivered.

I had a blast. Played a bunch of games and even had a nice chat with David Jaffe. Bloodborne killed me during all six of my attempts lol. Hopefully I can make the meetups next year...I was running off 2-3 hours of sleep each day and barely made it as is. I wanted to hang out with some of you guys during the day but couldn't get things organized. Maybe next year.

The atmosphere was really great. Everyone I encountered was so positive and happy to be there. I abhor lines, so i went to 4 panels and enjoyed them all. I got to talk to the Giant Sparrow guys after the panel for 5 minutes. Later that night, after having (too many) drinks with the Sony guys I ran into them again in the Palazzo casino. I kinda gushed on Unfinished Swan and Edith Finch and you could tell they really appreciated it. The whole thing was really cool. Hopefully they keep the crowd size similarly sized as the long lines for the big games was the only drawback for me.

Was cosmic star heroine playable at the event?

Here's a pic of our booth with my partner, Bill Stiernberg (aka Slash000).

I wrote up a little article talking about the reception we got at PSX. Very positive overall.

I was at our booth most of the time so I didn't get much of a chance to try out other games, but I really enjoyed N++ and Capsule Force. At the keynote, Uncharted 4 looked like a blast so I'm really looking forward to that.
