Probably see where he is at QB after 2 years away from the game, although he's been training with Tom House ever since getting cut. He could be competing for #2 with Sanchez.

Alternatively, the Eagles lay it out that he has the option to continue his career in the NFL if he chooses to change positions. I could see him as a TE or FB. Dude can't seriously think he can pull the "I'm a QB and will always be a QB" and still be signed to a team.

There are relationships involved... That's why. It's similar to how the Redskins had a RB in recently for a try-out, with the player then going on to see in NY some where.

Teams have relationships with players and agents and will do these things to help each other out. If Tebow shares the same agent as a currently signed player, or a player that they want. That agent will fight harder for the team if the team helps out the agent.
