Question RE: GBA VC on Wii U Gamepad

jon bones

hot hot hanuman-on-man action
Just bought Minish Cap on WiiU's eShop and I have a question.

When playing on the gamepad, there is a bright question mark on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Is there anyway to get rid of it? It's terribly distracting. Thanks!

I stopped noticing it pretty quick. Gotta reprogram your brain.

while this sucks, the re-mapping controls are rad. mapping roll to right trigger and shield to left trigger feels really good.

i'm already loving this game, for what it's worth. i love hand held 2D zeldas.

my brain can't handle stuff like that... i end up taping over even little lights on my cable box when watching movies and i throw clothes over all the electronic clocks in my room when i go to bed.

Black square of tape?

yep, a piece of a business card & some scotch tape did the trick.

I was playing Metroid Fusion on the TV for most of the game and when someone wanted the TV i switched to the gamepad. I wasn't bothered by the question mark but for some reason my entire game was thrown off. For some reason there was a weird disconnect to myself and the controls and for some reason I had to take several minutes to completely readjust my timing and way I was playing (even though the controls were the same) has anyone else experienced this?

Holy crap I have the same problem I have to unplug my computer at night because the motherboard has a blue pulsing light on the inside whenever it's receiving any kind of power (makes me unable to sleep). I also can't charge electronics when going to sleep unless I bury it under something because I feel like charging lights can be seen through my eye lids.
